A2 fire performance within a slim composite profile — non-combustible mineral core laminated between two aluminium skins, enabling full design flexibility at the performance tier required for high-rise facades globally.
The ACP A2 Core is an aluminium composite panel, constructed from two aluminium skins laminated to a non-combustible mineral core — not a polymer. Its surface carries a PVDF fluorocarbon coating, available in a broad range of colours and finishes — solid, metallic, anodised, wood, stone and corten. This construction makes the A2-s1,d0 fire classification an inherent material property.
It retains the slim profile, routing and folding precision, and broad colour range of a composite panel. For projects that require A2 classification but cannot accept the added weight and cost of solid aluminium, the ACP A2 Core strikes the balance between top-tier fire performance and design freedom.
