From non-combustible solid aluminium to our flagship 3D-core composite — each system independently certified, architecturally positioned.
A three-dimensional composite aluminium panel, constructed from two aluminium skins bonded to a central embossed, three-dimensionally formed aluminium core. PVDF fluorocarbon coated, available in a broad range of colours and finishes — solid, metallic, anodised, wood, stone and corten. This three-dimensional structure delivers exceptional stiffness-to-weight ratio and panel spans to 8,000mm without visible deflection — the specification choice for supertall towers, curved facades, and landmark architectural projects.
The highest achievable fire classification. No core — zero combustible element.
Precision-machined from a single skin of high-grade aluminium alloy, with no core and no composite lamination. Its surface carries a PVDF fluorocarbon coating, available in a broad range of colours and finishes — solid, metallic, anodised, wood, stone and corten. The panel can be perforated, curved and folded. Required by regulation for high-rise facades across Europe, the UK, and markets adopting EN standards.

A2 fire performance. Slim composite profile. Full colour range.
Two aluminium skins laminated to a non-combustible mineral core — not a polymer. Its surface carries a PVDF fluorocarbon coating, available in a broad range of colours and finishes — solid, metallic, anodised, wood, stone and corten. The A2-s1,d0 fire classification is an inherent material property. Specified for the FIFA World Cup Stadium in Qatar: 160,000 m², the largest single project supply in ALUCOSUN history.
