A high-rigidity aluminium facade system built around a precision-formed 3D grid core — delivering superior flatness across spans that redefine what composite panels can achieve.
The X Panel is a three-dimensional composite aluminium panel, constructed from two aluminium skins bonded to a central embossed, three-dimensionally formed aluminium core. Its surface carries a PVDF fluorocarbon coating, available in a broad range of colours and finishes — solid, metallic, anodised, wood, stone and corten. Unlike the flat core of a conventional composite panel, this three-dimensional structure gives the panel an exceptional stiffness-to-weight ratio, achieving outstanding large-format flatness while remaining lightweight.
The aluminium core is non-combustible, which means the A2-s1,d0 fire classification is an inherent material property — not a treatment or additive. Combining the flatness, workability and surface quality of a composite panel, the X Panel is the system of choice for supertall towers, complex curved facades, and landmark architectural projects.
