Our team has more than 20 years’experience in the Aluminum Composite Panel Industry, Quality control is an extremely important part in our whole production process.Quality assurance (QA)is key for us to prevent mistakes or defects in manufactured products and avoiding problems when delivering solutions or services to customers. PRE-PRODUCTION INSPECTION

RAW MATERIALS INSPECTION
The raw materials for producing a perfect panel like paints, aluminium mill coils, adhesive film, and nonflammable core or LDPE core. We have a strict system from Receive, track and trace of all these materials to make sure there are qualified. Any defection will sent back immediately to avoid any human factors like poorly skilled work force and unconscious and conscious incompetence.

LABORATORY TESTING BEFORE PRODUCTION
We also do extensive Laboratory testing prior to production. We test and simulate production on a micro scale before commencing a full production run. The lab need to test and simulate production and test the chemical property, physical property and solvent property and UV Testing to make sure in good condition to make for real production.

DURING PRODUCTION INSPECTION

ON-LINE PRODUCTION INSPECTION BY WORKERS
We selected our workers who are well trained with more than 5 years’ experience for online tracking and inspections. They track and test online production every 30 minutes. From the paints performance, the dimension and weight tolerance, the peel-off strength testing, we retain on-site all ACP samples hourly for next step tracking purpose. In the unlikely event of a quality issue we are then able to trace the source of the issue. Again giving you the confidence that we are managing the entire process, and seeking to always improve.

OFF-LINE PRODUCTION INSPECTION BY PROFESSIONAL INSPECTORS
Also, there are well-educated background inspectors who are responsible for all export orders according to ISO 9000. They understand each customer’s individual requirement and acceptable quality limits; they analyze the potential problem and try to improve all details.

AFTERPRODUCTION INSPECTION

1. Outside exposure testing
All production batch ACP samples are kept outside for 30 days under sun exposure; Alucosun inspectors test the sample every week to monitor the peel-off strength data if stable.

2. Peel-off strength testing under low-high temperature
Besides the on-site testing, Alucosun inspectors also inspect the same samples under high temperature (80℃) and low temperature (-40℃), Shift the same samples every two hours from cold to hot. In total 25 times to monitor the performance of the data.

3. Sample record room
All above testing samples and technical data kept in data room for 10 years based on our guarantee times. All purpose for tracking and inspection is to limit the risk of any de-lamination future and trace after production.

PRE-SHIPPING INSPECTION

1. Every signage panel must be flattened and checked again before packing to make sure there is unexpected bending to ensure we know the real status of each sheet before packing.

2. Every package for products must be followed strictly accordingly to clients standard. From package firmness, seaworthy, ease to uploading.
